Mr. Rusdy : Yes please
Waitress : Are you having the set lunch?
Mr. Rusdy : Yes.
Waitress : What would you like to start with?
Mr. Rusdy : What the soup of the day?
Waitress : Mushroom.
Mr. Rusdy : Yes please. I’ll have that.
Waitress : And for your main course?
Mr. Rusdy : The plaice, I think, and apple tart to follow.
Waitress : Would you like something to drink with your meal?
Mr. Rusdy : Yes. A large please.
Waitress : Thank you.
